Raincouver Roof Cleaning Co. LTD. ("Raincouver" or "We" or "Us" or "Our") provides this website (the "Site") to inform visitors about our services, including roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter repair, and light installation. By accessing and using the Site, you ("You" or "User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our roof cleaning services include manual cleaning with a nylon wire brush and leaf blowing to remove debris. Upon customer request, we offer a soft wash using eco-friendly solutions, such as OxiClean Versatile Stain Remover. We ensure the vegetation around the property is pre- and post-rinsed to prevent damage. All debris that falls around the property is carefully cleaned up and deposited into the lawn bin. For stubborn moss, lichen, mildew, or dark streaks, we may use sodium hypochlorite to remove the dirt, with the customer's consent. Please note that while we take utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the roof, or any damage caused by the cleaning process if it is due to the roof's condition.
Our gutter cleaning services include the manual removal of dirt and debris from gutters and checking downspouts for clogs. All debris that falls around the property is carefully cleaned up and deposited into the lawn bin. Please note that our service is limited to gutter and downspout cleaning only; we do not clean drainage pipes. Customers will need to hire separate drainage experts to clean or remove clogs. We recommend regular maintenance to prevent buildup and potential damage. Raincouver is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or issues that arise from neglected maintenance.
Our gutter repair services include basic repairs using either customer-provided materials or materials purchased by Raincouver. Customers have the option to provide their own materials, or we can purchase them on their behalf. Please note that Raincouver is not responsible for the quality of materials, whether they are provided by the customer or purchased by us. We ensure that all repairs are conducted to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for any issues arising from the use of substandard materials or pre-existing damage.
Our light installation services include the installation of lights using either customer-provided materials or materials purchased by Raincouver. Customers have the option to provide their own materials, or we can purchase them on their behalf. Please note that Raincouver is not responsible for the quality of materials, whether they are provided by the customer or purchased by us. We ensure proper installation and safety measures are followed, but we are not liable for any issues arising from faulty materials or pre-existing electrical issues.
Payment is due upon completion of services.
You may cancel our services free of charge if you notify us at least one (1) day in advance.
Raincouver carries third-party insurance to protect against damage or injuries resulting from our services. In the event of any damage or injury, our liability shall be limited to the extent of our insurance coverage.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
